Very Good

Very chill hotel, lots of space & sun beds. Choice of pools & options for drinks. Huge rooms.

The check in takes a long time & the reception is often busy; might be a good idea to have a separate desk for taxi & water etc than check ins, it’s a warm welcome but so much info doesn’t need to be given when there is a long queue of people waiting for their rooms.

Very enjoyable for 5 nights but we’re ready to leave.

Lovely hotel and grounds. Swimming pools are very nice. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast very nice with plenty of choice. Location hopeless without a car.

Housekeeping was a bit lacking. Dirty cups were not replaced and bed not made very well. Pillows were lumpy and not especially clean. No pillow protectors.

Nothing that was bad about Royal Palm it self but it is a shame that you always have to walk 300 meter to your parked car and that the road to the round a bout to Morro Jable is not open.

Ocean view, close to the beach. Large room with terrace. A lot of space. Very quite at night. Comfortable bed, large bathroom

The live music played until 11pm was loud, so you had to close the windows to fall asleep. Other guests smoking cigarettes on the terrace of the apartment, causing stinking smoke to blow into the room.

Excellent hotel with great views

Clean, very spacious, staff very friendly and excellent location with panoramic views of the sea.

The front desk queues can be quite long, especially given the hotel’s size and the frequent arrival of large tour groups. The current check-in process struggles to handle high volumes efficiently, which can lead to a frustrating start for guests. Implementing an online check-in option or a dedicated app would greatly improve the experience by reducing congestion and wait times.

Amazing and very restful. Just what we needed.

The hotel was impressive and very clean. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. The food was amazing. A great choice for both breakfast and dinner. Pools and pool areas good. Plenty of sun beds and brollies. Rooms clean and comfortable.

We felt that drinks from the bars were a bit expensive but our choice to partake!

Great food and hotel - would go back

Spacious resort, great food, right on beach front. Would definitely return.

Men need to wear long trousers for dinner. It doesn't say it on booking.com but they do message you before your trip. If you miss the message though does mean you will need to get trousers! Spacious resort. If anyone has mobility issues probably need to speak to staff about where they want their room to be in the resort to minimise walking between pool, restaurant etc. fine for the fit and able though, and they do have lifts.

We have definitely liked 'adults only' concept of this resort and that is most certainly the main reason to come back knowing that a person can enjoy relaxing time. Our accomodation was lovely, clean and spacious. Enjoyed it loads.

There is actually nothing to dislike about this hotel.

Great hotel , lovely staff. Amazing food and location (if you want to be a bit isolated from the busy side of the island) The beach access was definitely a very nice perk as it felt like a very own private beach with the cutest chipmunks ever.

Clean, beachfront and comfortable place to stay.

Very clean, quiet and large room. Nice breakfast/dinner selection, great swimming pool and direct access to the beach.

4 hours between check in 11am and check out 3pm is excessive. On top of that our room wasn’t ready until 4pm and we booked/paid for late check out due to flights, at least 1 hour should have been discounted as compensation.

Highly recommended

Overall the hotel is very good. Room was big and very quiet. Everything was very cleaned. The beach is one of the best beaches in the area. Excellent breakfast with plenty options.

Sauna was not available everyday, I think it was only three times per week (which I didn’t understand). Some machines in the gym were not in good conditions. There was no iron in the room as mentioned in the description, we had to call the reception to bring one when we wanted to use it. When we arrived, we parked the car in front of the reception when we were taking the bags to the room and when we got back, staff from the reception put so many papers in the car and turn the mirrors back, not being discreet in the way of treating guests as the hotel claims to be.
